New Employees:

  • Marketing- Molly Studneski started in Maumee on 10/01!

  • Please get all Visa receipts to Jane

  • Please submit your vehicle mileage ASAP.

  • Friday, Oct 10th is Nikki's last day with DGL. Thank You Nikki!!!

  • The Energage survey expires on the 16th. Please take the time to fill it out. We want to know what we can do to make DGL better

  • Molly will be helping with the proposals moving forward, we are excited to have her with us!  

Logan:

  • 3 months until DGL turns 100!

  • We are working on the DGL website for our anniversary

  • Photo contest winners were Harry Jackson for our on-the-job category and Dan Buehrer for our out and about category! Congratulations!


DGL Fun & Giveback:

  • Congratulations to The Tall Boyz on winning the Summer Games 2025 Corn Hole Tournament!

  • Vacation Policy for 2025:  Normal policy is 40 hours carryover.  This year you may carryover the normal 40 hours plus up to an additional 40 hours of carryover OR up to 40 hours paid at 100%.  Please add vacation hours to be paid out to your timesheet on Nov 22 or Nov 23.  Once approved, the payout will occur with the November 28 payroll.

An example:  you have 80 hours accrued, you could

-carry over 40 and get paid for 40

-carry over 80

-carry over 60 and get paid for 20

 

Note:  40 must be carried over before any payout is permitted

 

  • Holidays:  An extra holiday has been granted this year on December 26, 2025.  Note:  January 2 is not designated as an extra holiday.

 

  • Floating Holiday:  If you have not used your 2025 floating holiday you have until the end of the year to do so.  Floating holidays do not carryover.

 

  • End of Year Time Off:  Please work with your supervisor when planning days of from now until the end of the year.  This ensures that deadlines for projects and proposals can be met throughout the holiday season.
